Lychen was founded in 13th century and as a tipicall middle age town has a traditional structure with Church, Townhall and market area. All these places in their nature were attractive points for citizens. Usually they had a public space functions. With the development of the world market, mass-media, technology, Internet these places had become lost their significance. It means that less and less people had visited these places. That is why the redevelopment of this place is the priority goal.
