At this moment competition site is near-border and abandoned zone. The goal is to reorganize this separating territory in an attractive place for citizens. We propose to transform the site into viable place of friendship and union by the system of new public spaces. Transalpina Square is a key point in this transformation. It is a unique place on the border which knit together two countries with traditional festivals and entertainments. Moreover, the square is significant landmark for both cities.
